Terms of the SLIMWORKS program.

2. Service and price

The complete monthly program costs 2,996 SAR per month and includes:

• 12 personal training sessions per month with a certified male coach for men or a certified female coach for women.
• An individual nutrition plan prepared by our nutritionist.
• Two healthy meals a day for 24 days each month, delivered to the agreed address.
• Progress monitoring throughout your membership.

The program fee is paid in advance for each month. If you pay with an installment service such as Tamara or Tabby, the installment plan is also subject to that provider's terms.

3. Training sessions

• Each membership month includes 12 training sessions, to be booked by the member within that month.
• When each new membership month starts, sessions reset to 12. Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month and are not refunded.
• It is the member's responsibility to book and attend all sessions available within the month.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 7 days of payment, provided the service has not started: no training session has been attended and no meals have been prepared or delivered.
• After 7 days from payment, or once any part of the service has started with your consent (including meal preparation), the membership is non-refundable, as permitted for services that have begun with the client's consent.

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights under Saudi law that cannot be waived.

5. Health disclaimer

• We recommend consulting your doctor before starting the program, especially if you have a medical condition or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• You must tell us about any relevant medical conditions, injuries or food allergies before you start and throughout your membership.
• Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any specific weight or health outcome.
• The program is not a substitute for medical care or advice.

6. Client obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information, including contact details and delivery address.
• Disclose relevant health conditions as described above.
• Book and attend the month's 12 sessions within that month.
• Attend sessions on time and follow your coach's safety instructions.
• Be available to receive meals at the agreed times.
• Treat our team with respect.

7. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. The terms in force when you pay apply to that paid month.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
